My boosters keep disappearing, I don't understand?

I’ve attempted contacting them about it 3 times now and just get a generic ask the community letter. Very annoying. I’ve lost 100’s of boosters now

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Have you changed phones or deleted the app. Anything like that? If you have done either one of these, your boosters will disappear. The boosters are tied to your phone, not to the game, unless they were purchased.
Lets just do a soft reboot~ Log out of your game. Turn your phone off and let it set a few seconds then turn your phone back on. Log back into your game with your email and your password. See if that brings back your boosters. 😍

I haven't changed phone's but I will try the options you suggested. But this isn't the 1st time this has happened.

I also have not changed my phone. I’ve tried the soft reboot, tried all the suggestions. Nothing has worked. Then after getting 3 boosters they also disappeared. The game logs me out, puts me back to level 1 then when I relog in all boosters are gone again

So I did everything you suggested an nothing has worked, it gets pretty frustrating when I put lots of hours into the game.

Dang, sorry it did not work. You say that they keep disappearing. By any chance do they every come back? You really need to use this like 👉️ Contact Us and see what they can do for you to get your boosters back💕
