I noticed that i don't getting any free lives anymore. I still give them, but don't get them back. Is there a reason for this?

Hi, sorry you are having a problem. It is very possible that players have not played lately. This time of year is quite busy, so hopefully they will get back to playing 🤗

Hi there and welcome the Pyramid community. Can you tell me, do you have the envelope showing? If you do, are there any players names?
If you do have players names and not receiving lives from them, then they must not be playing at this time. December is a very busy month and alot are not playing games.
You might want to try to do a soft reset. Log out of your game on your phone. (Do Not Delete the app). Let it set a few seconds then log back in with your email and password. It might take a few days, but see if players will then show up.💕
