Hello! Its Guta Brandão on Facebook and gutabrandao on King, both connected to my email (Edited by CM: personal email removed). I thought it was being saved on Facebook since my profile photo always showed up on th level I was playing... thank you Guta
@gutabrandao, good news, your game is backed up 🙌 I've noticed you're playing on an Apple device and this is what I would like you to try on it, to help you get back on track:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected). - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed. - Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important). - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
