I have good news today; the fix is live, that means, if you update the game now you will be able to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga again without any connection issue!

ME TOO! Only happening with phone,samsung. But, on tablet, level hasn't progressed to same as phone. My other King games are not having any problems.

Hi it is still the same problem for me. It has been like this for weeks and when I started this thread I had no idea that so many others were in the same position. It is good to be part of a community but it would be even better if we got a result! Please keep trying to solve this Support as we want to enjoy and play but the game no longer holds the challenge for us in its current state at this level.
I have had no connection to the Ngernet for this game 9nly for the past 3-4 weeks. How can I solve this issue?

I have been having this issue for several weeks now. My user number is 125957780. I was up to level 2050 and uninstalled it and reinstalled it as requested. When I signed back in I was at level 2025 and cannot connect again. I lost my path which I had paid for and all of my boosters. I emailed customer service and was told to uninstall and reinstall. (GRRRRR!) I will not play or spend money on this game until this issue is fixed.

Unfortunately, many players are having this issue and the Pyramid Studio team is investigating the issue! It looked like they have found a solution this morning BUT it did not work. So, they are still working on it!

I tried to sign in on my phone and my tablet and my laptop and it kept saying no connection error and try it again later every time. Pls fix it.
Hello! Still having the same problem on both my computer and my phone. Also not syncing. Have contacted support to get my lost levels back. Hope you fix it soon!😀
Unfortunately, the game has not worked for weeks. I reinstalled the game 2 times in the hope that it would work but it didn't help. The first time I contacted the team but they didn't solve it, after reinstalling the game and losing the boosters they gave me 500 coins. And the game didn't work the same. Now always connection problems, it does not save the game neither on facebook nor with the King account. The real path doesn't even come out and I can't even send lives. I'm sorry because it's always been my favorite game. I hope it will be resolved soon, but it has been wrong for 3 weeks now
No, I'm fed up with sweet as it's getting us nowhere. Where are the reward rounds? Can't send lives to friends or see their progress on the scoreboard, I was told some rubbish about the piggy bank not growing past level 10 yet mine is available again!! Is King.com just some bloke in his mum's basement or is it a corporation that takes our money but gives nothing back when we're forced to reinstall? Asking for a friend.

For the ones who have lost part of their progress, could you please contact our Player Support team from the game settings in your phone? Please select "Lost Progress" and they'll be able to put you on the correct level again.

I'm in touch with the Game Studio and I can assure you they're investigating to solve the issue. These things are not easy to tackle, but we have an awesome team behind Pyramid Solitaire Saga and I'm sure they'll do it soon.

We certainly hope so, Lola_Pop. All of us here haven't touched the game in a month or more.
Also, you're the only one replying so far. I contacted support before for being screwed out of my bonus round winnings more than a dozen times, all they did was send me the FAQ and asked how they did. So far, support is ABYSMAL at best. You're polite and patient and the only one replying, and trying to help. Out of all the experiences, so forgive us for not trusting the support team or the Devs because you are 1/10. Our collective 9/10 has been nothing but disappointing.
Anyway, I digress, we have no choice but to wait and try to trust. We do thank you for sticking with us, and we hope to hear good news soon.

I figured it out, I can't believe it took me so long. The devs aren't worried about this game as they are concentrating on the games that make them the most money. Lola is sent in every few days to give us the fake assurance that the dedicated and well talented team are working on a fix but it's all BS! I haven't had a reward round in 3 zones, I haven't been able to send lives for weeks but, the connection is there when I want to make a purchase, how strange. King are making millions if not billions for fixing nothing because we carry on playing regardless. It's not their fault, it's ours and until we realise that and boycott King apps, nothing will get done.

I solved the problem, I think….. I was moving my icon on the iPhone 6 to another page when I accidentally deleted it.
I reinstalled the app from the app store and it started the game over from the beginning. I then went into the kingdom and logged out. When I signed back in it gave me my game back minus my bonuses and the last 7 worlds that I had completed. I am currently recovering level 2057.
The game seems to be operating correctly with the exception of allowing me to send lives to those that have requested help.
P.S.: If this helps for diagnosis, on the levels that I had previously completed, when I attempt to regain the lost levels the level screen shows the icon that indicates what power I played.
That doesn't sound like it's working to me. We've all reinstalled the game and had it fixed but, only temporarily plus you lost 7 worlds, how is that working properly?
That didn’t work here. My entire game reset to level 1 I’m not bothering with support because there is no support. Also I never ever spend good money on games. So glad

Now each time I play it offers a bonus lever but when I am the map the bonus trunk is grey and the WiFi is still running...
If there is no one in the studio because of the situation (corona virus) or that the studio dose not provide support anymore on this game, please let us know.

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…

I used to receive and send lives all the time. Now I'm not getting many, if any, lives after requesting. Sending lives seems to work OK. Anyone else having this trouble?
