They are working on the problem, or so they say, but during this covid-19 outbreak they are probably very short staffed. It can be very difficult to track a bug, especially if they haven't replicated it on their devices. As it seams it is not affecting everyone.

Don’t delete or uninstall if you haven’t saved to King or Facebook. If you check previous posts you will see there is problem with the game and they are trying to fix it. Have patience and let King do their job. I don’t know why people are saying try this or try that without saying there is a problem with the game.
