I can't connect my new phone to my facebook account to get to the level I was on which was 2505, it also won't let me login via sign up with email, keeps saying I don't have an account which I clearly do, please help, thanks

Same thing has happened to me, had 2 days left and had 3 lots of prizes to correct, 1 being 24hrs free play, what annoys me more is I actually spent money to get the extra games, what was your result Tim?

I'm still having the same problem, when I go into the game it starts at level 637 and I'm now on Level 1085, extremely frustrating
