  • I just came here to say THANK YOU for getting the characters sounds back! It's been so long that I didn't even recognize Otis's sounds when it happened. I had to crank up my volume because I thought I was hearing things! Thank you guys for this.

The sweet streak is still off because I have to keep closing out the game and going back in for the sweet streak to work.   • The problems not on your side. It's on Candy Crush's end. We're all experiencing the same problems as you. When the first update last October occurred that's where the problems began and nothing's been fixed since. So NEVER do anything on your end. You may lose some important stuff.

  • Same. We were told solutions will be fixed the beginning of the year. I have since given up on that hope. Most of the sound effects have been missing since last October. A lot of side challenges have disappeared long before that. Looks like nothing will be done so because of that I barely play this game like I use to.

  • My comments on voicing sentiment with others who have been experiencing issues with this game won't post. The Valentine and Bubblegum challenges have both disappeared. My game streak is messed up and the Characters voices haven't been back since last October. What's going on here?

  • Looks like this have been happening off and on for a while now. It happened to me this morning. I got out of the game, went back and the Valentine and Bubblegum challenge disappeared.
