Hi @christinewupp , we are very much aware of this issue and the studio is troubleshooting and has been experimenting with some fixes. Unfortunately none seemed to have worked so far, but do rest assured they are looking into it as we speak. Hopefully we'll have a solution soon!

I'm so sorry to hear that! The best way is to contact King Support directly from the game. You can find them by going into the settings menu and pressing the "Account & Help" button followed by the option "Help Center".
