What a nightmare this has become. I followed your instructions and backed up my iphone but of course, itunes messed up and my backup failed. There's nothing wrong with the wifi on my iphone because every other app using it works fine. The problem is on your end, period. I'll try to back it up and reinstall.

Another update, and still no fix. I've honestly given up. The wifi symbol just keeps spinning and I am unable to sync my progress. I don't even care about the boosters anymore. But if I reinstall, will my progress be saved without the wifi sync working?

Why would I reinstall the game on the new device? The problem comes from the old device. All my progress is on my iPhone. I feel as if none of you are listening and offering pointless solutions. The issue is the wifi sync on iPhone. Fix it already!

I used the same ID for both phones🙄

If that's the case, I'll just use up all my boosters on my old phone. But the main issue is not being able to sync my progress with the new phone.

I switched from iOS to Android, so that doesn't help.

I got about a 100 for each booster. That's why I refuse to reinstall.
