Hello and a warm welcome from me too! Do you buy shovels before you start the level? I don't use paid for boosters but I do use shovels when needed. You need to cascade the crops so that they do as many actions as you can within each move and the same with the oysters. Match the cropsies against as many of them as you canโฆ

Good evening, was she previously logged in with the Kingdom or Facebook? Has she made sure that she is logged in? If she is, but her progress isn't there, try logging out then back in again. Let us know how it goes ๐
