It's bad. It's SO bad! I've been shadowbanned for 16 days now and they really don't care about it. I opened three tickets about the same problem in CotR and I just got those automated replies, I didn't receive any real answers. It's frustrating! They're closing tickets without answering them and we have to open new ones…
