Hi @QueenB The have same situation as @SApple2. I was hoping to be able to play Puzzle Run part 1 and 2 but only the pop-up appeared but not the event. 😭😠 I still remain hopeful that I can participate to this Spooky Season Event despite this problema 🤞

Hi @QueenB I had the same problem as @maf34100. When I tried to claim the prizes, the screen froze. I didn't know if I qualified and if I received the awards.
