Tried replying 5 times so far. Still automated email every time.

Contacting customer support is pointless. They never respond and just send automated emails back. I still haven't got my 10 gold bars back from the crash candy crush did.

I did exactly that. I've done everything people suggested and still only get the automated email.

I don't get a reply regardless of what I say. 'Need help' or explaining issue. I don't understand why they would ignore their own game crashing and loss of progress.

Did try from the game (as I mentioned in the op). Still just the same automated nonsense. Very poor customer service if an agent won't even reply.

I contacted candy crush via contact form about this last month a day or so after this thread and still have heard nothing.
