I've come across someone who said they had the same but it was in Soda, not jelly. Is this definitely happening in the new Jelly saga for you?

What are you playing on, is it an iOS device by any chance? 

Gold bars are tracked, they will be able to see each and every transaction made so if their systems says it's been spent then I don't know if they'll refund it, more likely to compensate if anything but you need to get back in touch with customer care directly.

Since Facebook announced that they will not longer support Flash, they've been changing all of their games from Flash to HTML5 so that people playing on Facebook can keep playing, so I don't think they're trying to push into something, quite the opposite. What system are you playing on, is it W10 by any chance?

The new levels should be there, is it version 0.55.4 that you have installed?

Check your game again, about an hour ago or so all my items reappeared.

Have you got back in touch with them again to let them know that? If you're already in direct contact with them you should continue to do so.

Level 2049 is a timed level so it doesn't matter what score you reach, it's still possible to lose if a candy bomb blows. If one is about to blow and you can't stop it and have already hit the minimum score... don't do anything, just let the timer run down to 0 and you've passed!
