What's happening exactly when you're trying to connect, do you get an error message or code? Try going through any steps that you may have missed in the video here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android 

Do you have the latest game update installed on each device? I just checked in Facebook and it also shows me 15 pets to collect. 

If that happens you should disconnect yourself from Facebook/Kingdom, then close the game, reopen and reconnect yourself and the chest should be there. If it's not appearing after that though, let me know and I'll highlight it to a moderator and see what they say.

The game doesn't connect to game center, only Facebook or Kingdom, those are the two option given in game. Also I'm pretty sure that iOS have killed off game center and is no longer available on the latest OS.

That's a pain, does your level 1481 appear completed with stars on it? I take it you're playing directly from Facebook?

I'm pretty sure that's been taken into consideration. I get what you're saying but I don't think I've ever played a timed level when the cascade kept running until the time was over. Which times level are you on anyway?
