Back up my phone before switching to iPhone 7+. Only got my contacts and Clash of Clans back but lost all my level in Candy Crush. Tried delete and re download the app. Doesn't work.. help? Oh, I wasn't connected to Fb. How can I retrieve back?

The game doesn't connect to game center, only Facebook or Kingdom, those are the two option given in game. Also I'm pretty sure that iOS have killed off game center and is no longer available on the latest OS.
I was never connected to Facebook in anyway. Usually through game center as my previous iPhone 5s to iPhone 6plus, that works. I have already restored the iPhone 6plus knowing that my contact and coc progress it's in my iPhone 7plus. Until i try to play candy crush....
The only way to back up the game is by actively connecting it to either Facebook or Kingdom account, if you do your progress gets saved and synced to it. Once you've done that, when you reconnect to that account in the game again from any device, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
