So does you're level 1240 appear as completed with stars on it on your Saga map? You should be able to get to level 1345 if you're on Android or iOS.

If you can pass it with pure luck only, I would be amazed! Even if you get a good board where things start to fall in the right places, if you're not mindful what your'e doing it's easy to mess it up, all it takes is one move.

I'm not too sure if I fully understand your question, but the only way you can back up your game is if you connect it to your Facebook or Kingdom account. I don't think it's the game, otherwise myself and everyone else playing through a browser would be having exactly the same issue as the browser version always loads the latest version available which will be the same for everyone. So you didn't see any change at all when playing through a different browser?
