Depends, if you already have a full set of lives then any lives that are sent you will automatically turned into beans. If you don't have a full set of lives and only get bean then it sounds like you may have a problem on your end.

Which level are you on? It should sync them automatically but if your at end game level then you'll probably hit a wall where the levels have been released for PC and not yet for mobile which is why they are out of sync. But yeah not being able to use boosters you earned on another device has always been there, transfers…

Levels above 700 are only available on Facebook for now, they haven't been released for mobile and tablet platform yet.

Not there yet but by looking at others people posts, some have made it beyond. I'd usually say look at the Wiki page but seeing as this a relatively new level it won't have all details in all sections yet, but it's worth keeping an eye and also looking at the comments section on that page.…

If you're playing on a Tablet, you cannot play via Facebook. The game app is specifically made for mobile and tablet whereas playing on Facebook and King.com is for when you play on a PC.

With the level number being above the 2000's, it's only going to get more difficult as it goes on.
