I'm pretty sure you need to get to King.com and log into your account, from there you should find an option in the account settings to link it to a Facebook one.

Do you know which version of the game you have installed?

It's because you denied access in the game settings. You can either go to your apps section in Facebook and edit the settings for BWS3 or just remove it, when you add it again you'll have the options again, since your progress is synced to Facebook it will just place you back where you were before you removed it.

Do you use any of the companions at all when you play some levels?

Have done any general browser troubleshooting to begin with to see if there's any change? If you're on King.com you should have a list of suggested friends that you can send request to for tickets to get past the roadblock.
