Hello again @TTU90 Please try to log out and log back into your account. If the event time is not yet over, a new rewards pass should start. The unclaimed rewards should then also be added to your game. Let me know if this works.

I am very sorry to hear this @moomia ! The following can help: force close the game app, restart your device, check for game and device updates and log back in. Replay a few levels, so that your game reconnects to King servers. Then open Bake a Cake.
