why did my accumulated rewards pass rewards disappear? Are we supposed to claim them prior to the timer expiring? If so when did that change

Please try to log out and log back into your account. If the event time is not yet over, a new rewards pass should start. The unclaimed rewards should then also be added to your game. Let me know if this works.

It used to be that if you didn't claim the rewards before the timer ran out, you will receive those rewards in your game when a new Rewards Pass starts. At this time I have not received any new information, but I will check this out.
