Am I the only one that has the impression that our comments are falling on deaf ears, and that nothing will ever be done beyond the endless runaround? Going on a month now, and nothing useful happening at all from my perspective.

I play on a 6th generation iPad with up to date software and plenty of memory. Have restarted several times with no new results.

So far the only useful advice has been NOT to uninstall the game and re-install it, or you will be sent back to the beginning. So, we are all stuck until they actually solve it. I am surprised that it is taking so long.

I am having the same problem playing on a 6th generation iPad with software version 13.3.1, and I do not use Facebook. Don't want to uninstall and lose my games. Stable internet and no error messages, just an immediate return to desktop page rather than refresh with the next game.
