this is all I see when I try to open my profile after clicking the cog wheel 🤷‍♀️ I wish to check my ID as I need assistance from support. I have tried this a few times. I have plenty of free space on my iPhone 12 max pro; I regularly clear game cache.

I don’t know how anyone can request to be friends. I do not know any players in my friends’ list 🤷‍♀️But I wish I could block a few 🤣

not impressed as some players have had this issue for months. I have the opposite issue - someone thinks it’s okay to send 20 or more lives requests daily and over flow my message box, blocking other players. 🤦‍♀️

but the explanation only ever blames the players - not the studio ! The studio claim players’ issue with lives has been fixed 🤷‍♀️

Snow Rider posted an unsatisfactory update and turned off the discussion. Once again the players are blamed - not the studio. If the issue is “fixed”, why did it take so long; why are players still not receiving lives; where are the bonuses to compensate for this huge game inconvenience?

there are similar posts in a different thread. It could be the device you use, updates or clearing cache that is the issue. I hope you can find the similar question to yours. Good luck.

I do not understand the nonsense of items “not rolled out to everyone at the same time” - why are not events rolled out to everyone at the same time - except for time differences? Appalling customer service.

I am so sorry - I agree with your concerns. This company is a sham - but they will take the money from those who choose to pay.

so this lives issue has been going on for months ! For those of us lucky to not be experiencing issues, we are drowning in requests for lives ! I would prefer an option to delete them !

sometimes this forum has glitches - I am sure that has happened to me - comments or posts have disappeared 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
