I now strategically lose episode races every now and then. If you do the game helps you with better rewards and easier opponents, so it can be a wise strategy to lose a race once in a while.

Do they really still claim that all levels can be passed without boosters? I guess no one updated the old automated answers from several years ago (pre 2022), when this was still the case.

Thanks, I didn't look that closely at it. This is likely to discourage players from sending off for support tickets all the time, especially with All Stars around the corner. I guess I will stop advising players to contact support now. It's clearly something for a very last resort only.

I'd like to see you do that @sawaj: Download the app anew and play a brand new game up to level 200 to verify this claim. I have done this many times over the last two weeks and struggle every time, even though I know all the tricks and how to play the game and understand how to use my gold and boosters wisely. Hello @King_Abi Was there a previous King email account attached to your gmail? Did your previous progress load, i.e. your level? In that case the game would automatically give you the gold balance of that account as well. However if you had never saved your progress previously then I suggest you contact player support…
