Has Player Support been closed down?

I have noted today that the "contact us" at the bottom of the web page here no longer works. Does this mean that Player Support no longer exists outside of the app? So every player now has to go via the chat bot and there is no longer any means to contact King directly?

Hi @christinewupp and everyone!

We changed the link to the Help Center as we think that is the fastest way for the majority of players to get help. Our Help Center is a primary source of information to resolve wide range of players' issues.

That said, players are of course still welcome to contact support. We generally advice players to reach out to support directly from the games (not through the website) because that ensures we get all the information about their game (game version, player ID etc) and this helps us solve their issue quicker.

That is all probably correct and I understand your argument @cookiemae, but we have spotted several mathematically impossible levels in the past year. I don't know at this point if they have been fixed, but there have been levels that had too few moves to allow all the order to drop so those do require extra moves by design.

I don’t blame King for making themselves a bit less easily contactable coming up to All Stars. Good idea to reduce the endless stream of soandsomustbecheatingbecausethey’rebeatingme complaints they must get. No doubt they’ll all just get posted here instead 🙄

I'm sorry but I do believe that king has test groups the they use that are able to pass without boosters. As long as they can pass then they can say it can be done.They of course have millions of players and we are not playing the same game. I might be able to pass levels without using boosters and a million others might as well. What we have here in the forum is a very small group of players that you cannot make any assumptions based on this very very very small group of players.The same players here post very often and when a new player post its most of the time for help.I never looked up how many players have joined the forum but you can bet the amount is so small that it really cannot give a true meaning of how the game is played .Yes you can pass levels without boosters today.It's just those that can have no need to post here.Plus millions of others have no need o post here as well.

Yes they tell me that every time, and now impossible to win boosters, so it’s just all about getting players to pay, used to be such a good game that nobody minded paying for certain things, not now. They clearly don’t follow the maxim - if you give your customers a little you’ll get a lot back 🤷‍♀️

Do they really still claim that all levels can be passed without boosters? I guess no one updated the old automated answers from several years ago (pre 2022), when this was still the case.

They’re not very helpful anyway consistently telling players all levels can be passed without boosters or buying moves, absolute nonsense, most levels regardless of how you play cannot be passed … difficult to see how it can still be classed as a game 🤷‍♀️

Thanks, I didn't look that closely at it. This is likely to discourage players from sending off for support tickets all the time, especially with All Stars around the corner. I guess I will stop advising players to contact support now. It's clearly something for a very last resort only.
