I have reloaded the game and as mentioned, I lost all my boosters. It has also taken me back 21 levels. I was on 3948, now 3921. But I guess at least the internet connection is back. I don’t log on through FB so I don’t know what the issue was?

Lola-pop, I am using an iPad. Today the game has started crashing without even opening properly. Again! If I reinstall I will lose the boosters yet again. Love this game but really can’t be bothered to play it any more if this issue is going to continue. As if it wasn’t bad enough that candy crush hasn’t connected to…

Yes I know, it’s just hugely annoying! It wouldn’t load at all so I was advised to uninstall and reload. Now it just keeps crashing. So at least it might stop me spending so much time playing it eh. No fun in a game when you don’t know if it’s even going to last a few minutes. Think I will go and get a life....

Thanks. It’s been weeks now. It works ok on my phone but I prefer to use iPad and that’s where the issue is for me.

Looks like ive lost them all then. 😩 Much harder to get past the higher levels without using them every now and then.

Hi I have reinstalled and it has taken me back to where I left off. I was actually on level 1810, so much higher than I had realised! However, all boosters have vanished and I had around 30 of each. Can anything be done about that? I couldn’t find my ID as the screen didn’t have the logout option as shown on the demo?

Is that my only option? I can’t remember what level I’d reached but it was high hundreds I think. (Is it definitely not a temporary issue with the game that will resolve if I wait?). So frustrating to lose all my boosters!! They weren’t purchased just earned as I went along and saved up for tricky levels.

I haven’t tried to reinstall as the advice seems to say that I would go back to level 1, plus lose all the bonuses I built up? I have 14 gb of free space, so that’s not the issue.

No, in Pyramid Solitaire the “King” welcome page flashes up for a few seconds then closes. I can’t log in at all. I did notice that the welcome screen looked different as it had the words “Making the world playful” on it, so I wondered if it was an update and this had caused the issue?

Thanks, at least I know it’s not just me! Can you confirm (or not) if the tech team are aware of any issues with Pyramid Solktaire? I can’t log into this at all.

Has anyone solved this? So frustrating! I haven’t been able to connect for weeks, plus my Pyramid solitaire game has crashed out completely. Can’t connect to that at all.

Hi Thanks for your reply. Screenshot attached. Game user ID......no idea where I would find that? I guess even if I did I wouldn’t be able to find it as I can’t log in? The screen shown above appears for a matter of seconds then closes down. All my other King games are working fine and I have plenty of space on the iPad.…

Hi. Yes the loading screen appears....looking different to the usual one as it now has the words “Making the world playful” under the King logo. This makes me think it’s an update that has caused the issue. The loading screen appears for a couple of seconds before closing out. Very annoying as I had loads of boosters saved…

It usually updates automatically. I can’t log in to check the version, is there another way to check?
