I also have not changed my phone. I’ve tried the soft reboot, tried all the suggestions. Nothing has worked. Then after getting 3 boosters they also disappeared. The game logs me out, puts me back to level 1 then when I relog in all boosters are gone again

so do mine I’ve attempted contacting them about it 3 times now and just get a generic ask the community letter. Very annoying. I’ve lost 100’s of boosters now
