Thank you for the summary. Yes, even tho I was able to sort my account out and retrieve my boosters, etc.. I'm still having issues with the game freezing upon and trying to use new purchased bars/boosters. So, I'm just going to avoid making any further purchaes I'm afraid. Thank you again! š

Again I ask though... Why does my game continue to freeze after making a cash purchase to buy boosters? And AGAIN... I DO NOT at this stage, wish to uninstall and reinstall losing all my past putchased boosters, etc.. It's frustrating. I know I'm repeating myself, however, I'm just seeking help on this issue!! Please!!!

Good morning, hi! Yes, I logged in with same email address. I had to change password to both my fb and game (king community) as I forgot. After doing so, my levels returned, however I still lost my purchased bars after game froze. A CS through email did offer to restore my boosters, which I appreciated very much, but Iā¦

I like this game as it's challenging, but don't need a partner to play with. I just wish it would stop freezing up after O purchSe bars, causing me to lose money, bars and boosters.

I was on level 791, but lost my game when I was directed to sign out and sign back in. I forgot my password, had to reset it, now I'm back to level 1 with all my lives (many many of them) and my boosters ALL GONE. š
