When there are new levels, I will beat the first one but it doesn’t move on. It just resets to the first level like I didn’t win. I have to close the game out then get back in and it will let me move to the next level. It’s just the first level the rest are fine?

I can't play on the Halloween petopia because the game freezes up. I can play on facebook but the game is not up to date on my level. I'm on 10422, facebook has me on 10377. I've posted earlier but no one responded. At least this gives me a chance to keep playing but I don't want to play levels that I already passed.

I've already asked, but here I go again ! I already downloaded and installed Pet Rescue Saga many times on my Desktop, cleared caches etc. Checked Microsoft for updates, uninstalled, reinstalled, followed all your suggestions and still cannot load (like I used to ) the game onto my desktop computer…maybe someone would know…
