This happened to me. So I emailed them and sent the screenshots and they gave me 40 gb’s and said they’d look into it.

@JMag when it happened the freaking 50th time i said forget it and emailed them at this point people spend money on this game and to keep getting cheated is not fair at all I have sent about 3 pictures a little while ago it’s crazy

I'm seeing the connection error is getting worse at the moment. 😥 I'll ask the Studio about it again.

Please remember that this event needs a very strong and stable connection to the Internet to work or even to appear in the game.

About the ideas being implemented in the game, I can only tell you we pass your feedback to the Studio, and they listen to your ideas. Then they make their own decisions, taking into account different factors- if they can implement one of your ideas, they will, or they think of an alternative that could solve one of your problems.

I have captured the critical error in this event. I totally can't access to it despite super strong Internet. Now I have just lost my perfect position.

The message "Couldn't connect" always appears in front of my eyes. This event is becoming worse and worse after the change of icon.

I don't know whether anyone meet the same issue like me or not.
