The game constant says no internet connection when there is clearly a strong internet connection, I am playing against myself - how is this even possible?, I win a game and then I am shown a screen that says I’ve lost my winning streak, I am awarded tickets and power ups that are not credited to me. The list goes on.....

Would you please post screenshots and player ID's for this in Support as it's a bit off-topic here and I can better address it there too :0)(if their not moved first lol you girls got it goin on!)
Also please let me know any of the troubleshooting steps you've tried from the help centre or other support threads, there to please.

I wanna express my unpleasant experience with RC - the game itself is great, but the software is developed in such a mean way, so it leaves you with a bitter taste after every match. 🤮🤮🤮
What I mean is, it doesn't matter what skills do you have and how clever you make your moves, because in the end the opponent gets candy bombs or colour bombs out ot nowhere or gets the candies arranged in a way that it helps him win.
For that particular reason I quit playing and I might uninstall the app. Also I rated the game in Google play store very low and left a similar negative comment.
