Did an update and RC game closed since is this permanent?

Hi I did the update for Candy Crush Jelly Saga last night and since then the Royal Championships game has been closed. Is this the case for everyone or just a problem for me?

Checked my game and it's all good.

maybe just try the initial maintenance steps first since you've updated. Clear game cache and browser and give the device storage a lil clean up too.

Also I noticed your name doesn't load in the tag, have you synced your game with your King account?

Why am I not allowed to play RC? It keeps saying arena is closed ? Is this true for everyone else ?

My app is up to date, but my arena is always closed. I've never had a chance to participate in RC!

Hi Guys,

Not everyone has the RC at the same though, so keep this in mind :0)

Also it's good to do device and app basic maintenance every so often too. Like clearing caches and browsers and storage :0)

RC isn't always in everybody's game at the same time and is closed on Mondays :0)

Why did the arena just say closed yesterday - no rewards , hours left to go? Do we get gold bars refunded?? Not good enough
