If your avatar is stuck on a level that's behind your real progress, try replaying that level. You should be able to catch up then and your future rewards are collected properly. 

It's a very good idea to save the game through either Kingdom or Facebook so that you can retrieve your levels after formatting. We've sent you a message on what we can do about this. You can find our message from your inbox on the top right corner. 

If you have saved the game through your Facebook or Kingdom account, simply reconnect the game back to the account and you'll be back on the right track. If you have issues with reconnecting through the Facebook app on Android you can also try reconnecting through the browser: - Delete the Facebook App from your phone. -…

You changed phones and lost your boosters? If you haven't uninstalled the game on your old phone you should still have the items there. As boosters are saved locally in the phone instead of in your player account, unfortunately you cannot move them from one device to another.

Hi Candy! Lives and boosters are not saved through your player account but they are saved locally in your phone and iPad. This means you can use them both online and offline but it also means that you cannot sync them across these devices. The same goes for your computer: the lives and boosters you have there won't appear…
