  • Hi SusieQ! You can connect the game to Kingdom (the orange button) and sign in with the email address you used for signing up. Once connected your progress will sync back to your new device and you can continue from your last level. Cheers :-)

  • You might have to do a factory reset of your mobile. Before doing so please make sure you have done a backup of your personal data. After the factory reset your phone should be able to install again from Windows Market Place. Cheers :-)

  • Hi! I haven't had any issues with that level. Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-)
