I am on 1176 on my desktop, but despite syncing, my mobile devices do not have anything available past 1175. I cannot find out if they are simply not available on mobile yet, or if I have some glitch.

Currently level 1175 is the last level available for mobile devices. Until new levels are released you can play on Facebook or King.com (until level 1205). I saw on another thread that new levels are first released on Facebook and King.com, then followed by an adaption to mobile devices. That's why there's a difference in levels when you play.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
