I have sugar drops on level 245 but since yesterday it gives me drops in some of my game lives and dims in others saying not available on this level, yet had them daily up to now????

Not all levels have the Sugar Drop. There are on level 240, 250, 255 and more. You can see this on the overview map where the icon is jumping.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
