@SandraMurphy27 You need to force close your game and once you open it again there should be a pop up. Stay logged in while doing so and let me know if it is there now.

@SandraMurphy27 It's me again. So you need to stay logged in with Facebook and clear the cache and cookies regularly and this shouldn't happen again. Since the team is almost out of the office and they are getting back on Monday we will double-check this with the studio once they are back. Thank you for your understandingโฆ
