I have lost all of my levels- I reached levels 1777 approximately

I have been playing candy crush saga on my pc and have reached the 1,777 level approximately- the connection to the site failed for about 24 hours on my pc and when it reconnected all of my levels had disappeared.
How do I find the records of my original scores and how do I start playing the game back at my original levels- the system did require me to sign back in to the site, but my levels have gone and the new start is back at 01 again.

You need to fill in all the details. Please make sure that you are choosing the correct topic b(Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, the support team will never reach you.
