What format do I need to attach a video of what I'm experiencing with color streak?

I tried uninstalled the app and then reinstalling. Didn't help.

I looked at the video. What happens to the candies of the color activated in the video doesn't happen to me . The video shows the highlighted candies of the color activated exploding. My experience is that the candies of that color are highlighted, the highlighting then disappears, and I get nothing out of it.

Color Streak is not working for me. When the container is filled up and activated, clicking on it highlights the candies in the game, but they don't explode. Why?
