so many ads are locking up and causing loss of any chance.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Ads!
By any chance, were you able to see what that Ad is about (or brand name, etc.,)? Or does it appear as Black screen itself?
Which device are you using and when did the issue start?
There’s been a few complaints about this… Hopefully that problem ad gets removed from the rotation!
I am sick and tired of attempting to get extra moves at the end of a game by watching ads, but a blank screen pops up with a 30 second timer on it that is stuck. Everything locks up and I’m forced to restart the game, losing out on the attempt to finish that level. This happens about 5-10% of the time I try to open an ad. Very frustrating!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
I need a bit of clarification… are the Ads in your game freezing and hence, you are not able to collect the reward from those Ads?

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
