I paid for 24 hours and the clock has been ticking since the new game started and I haven’t been able to access. How do I get a refund. Someone said they posted on the main page, but I can’t find it. I would like credit for my 24 hours as this is a problem on your end.

I have been playing all day and at least three times so far, I complete a level or get to a point where I win a chest and it says “sorry.
