My internet is strong. Every time I win, I get the error message that something went wrong! You don’t seem to have a problem taking my money when I buy boosters or more gold bars, yet when I win, something ALWAYS seems to go wrong! What the heck??!!

There was also an update recently for some.
Save your game and check your device storage and updates for the game and device.
Yes clearing the cache is helpful too and the browser.
Maintenance basics are always good to check every so often.
Once you've done this and looked in the Help Centre or around support for advice on topics you have, then screenshots and ID's are helpful, if the issue continues! Troubleshooting tips are there for you guys and are helpful for us to know if you've tried them already :0)
@Love06 I had the same sand issue, cleared the cache and it was fixed.

In the end of game, you can find help list. If you still need help. In the end of page and send emails OR you delete the cache.

Keep in mind though, that not everyone has the RC open at the same time :0)

I just replied to someone else on how to do this, but, my comment disappeared, LOL! Oh well, but, @headoperations walked everyone through it above. You need to be in the game on your mobile {or whatever platform you're using} and click the gear or star looking button. Then, click the i at bottom & scroll down to Purchases & Gold bars. Click on that topic & again scroll to bottom. It will say "Still need help? Contact us." That will bring up a form already filled in with your email address. You need to describe problem in as much detail as possible and if problem involves money spent, they will require a SS of purchase. In your case, I would also provide a SS of your timer still counting down. I'd bet they'll refund you or give you 24hrs. more when up & running again. A similar thing happened to me with the 24hrs. Unlimited and they fixed it immediately. Also, some gold bars mysteriously disappeared from my account one day and they not only refunded them, they gave me a few more for the hassle. Hope that helps & hope you get your money/hours back $🤑$
I can’t even log into the arena . Every time I get the something went wrong message . I have a strong internet connection .
I bought a 24 hour ticket and I couldn’t even use it .
the problem clearly is your platform . I want a refund or an extension on my ticket that expired because the last 17 hours of that ticket ? I get the “went wrong” message .

I am so sorry dear @headoperations but I am not saying anywhere that it is the fault on the user's end, I know it is bug! But it would actually be better, if the person can continue playing the game when the issue is under investigation and I gave links to the CCJS App not of any unofficial thing.
So, I would need you to stop posting things like this or I would be left with no other choice than talking to the CM. Lola_Pop actually confirmed with me to ask users to ask them to install the app while telling the bug is under investigation.
I paid for 24 hours and the clock has been ticking since the new game started and I haven’t been able to access. How do I get a refund. Someone said they posted on the main page, but I can’t find it. I would like credit for my 24 hours as this is a problem on your end.
