Hi @Spinnifix thank you for your comments. I put this together because unfortunately it has never been made clear, that the Two Eyes (Quote) is for replying to a specific post.

The only difference from the old way, last year, and now, is how it is displayed. Other than that it does the same thing, keeping threads neat, tidy, and in order.

I put about how to 'Tag' and I know you know how to do that. But even using whatever reply, we don't always get notified if a 'Tag' has not been used. So however I reply to someone, I always 'Tag' them as well, just to make sure they know I have replied, or sent them a message 🙃

I've given this some more thought about the keywords. Yes, it was well-intentioned and supposed to make things easier. But my thoughts suggest the opposite. I've been here for many years and know the players and their behavior. With this extra function, things are becoming increasingly opaque. The players are making a joke of it and taking whatever they want. It's all getting messed up. If you focus more on the keywords than the subject line, you'll get very confused. There are too many keywords. In my opinion, it's better to just omit them altogether. It was better the way it was all along, and that's enough.

If you really want to keep that, then chaos will ensue.

Then I ask myself: does that have to be?

We've already discussed the topic of improving the community before.

One could do much more that would really make sense.

You once mentioned this topic in another post, and I was grateful for it.

I haven't been here for 2 years and a lot has changed, and even I didn't know about it.

Thanks to your comment, I understood it and was able to handle it better. I'm very grateful for that.

It used to be in a corner downstairs, as far as I can remember.

Is there still a comparison between the old comment field and the new one?

A comparison would be nice.
