Win Streak Advances but Goodie Bag Rewards stuck on 6
I noticed last night that while my win streak advances (currently at 232 but bag rewards at 6) the goodie bag rewards don't. I think it was working before, but now I'm not sure.

Yes, of course… by creating a King account🙂
While creating the King account, please make sure that you use the same email address that was used for your Facebook account! After that, sync both Facebook & King accounts, which will make it easy to transfer your game progress from Facebook to King account.
Are you playing the game on a mobile device? If so, there are instructions & steps given in the "Help Center" of the game App.

I have this particular ad fail -- I close the ad, and the next screen is a glitch/freeze -- i cannot accept the reward, or go to the next ad. It only happens on this particular ad. I'm on an iphone, game and phone are updated.

Thank you and do you get an email or when will you know if you make it to the next 2nd chance round? And on my app the icon to say what place you are on the leaderboard looks like it's sleeping. Is this normal or does that mean I made the next round? I'm from the United States.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond @Nobody1. Trust that I have zero illusions of winning anything! I just was questioning whether to keep playing at all or if it's simply time to pack it in. I'd planned to quit at 20k but kept plugging along. So to be very clear I have no prospects of winning or even making any final rounds at all, and I think the misunderstanding is me not expressing myself well (like mixing up Star Tournament with All Stars Tournament). I'm sorry for that.
I'm wondering more as a more casual player of 1 or 2 episodes/day. I haven't spent a dime either, but do watch an embarrassing number of adverts each day. It's quite the addiction for sure.
I wish you all the luck and skill necessary to do well in All Stars and I look forward to your updates if I'm still around.
I don't want to hate this game, although there have been many times in the last decade of playing that I've indeed intensely hated this game and the time I feel robbed of. So essentially I'm just trying to sort out next steps after reaching this milestone. I'm kinda surprised and disappointed that there was no reward for making it this far haha.
