I’ve checked in with the Player Support team about your case. Just to be transparent with you, Gold Bars that haven’t been purchased with real money usually can’t be fully restored once they’ve been overwritten like this.
That said, I’ve asked the team if they can take another look and see if they’re able to offer something as a goodwill gesture. So please keep an eye on your game over the next days in case anything is added to your account.
I know this isn’t the perfect outcome, but I wanted to make sure you had a clear and honest update. And thank you again for your patience while this is being looked into 🙂

I'm sorry you had this experience. Yes, the game has become very slow since the last update. The last update fixed the minigames, and something else may have been damaged in the process.
Please don't delete your game, as this will cause you to lose all your boosters. Try turning your device off for a few minutes first and then see if it improves. It helped a little for me, but it's still very slow.

using the new Reply didn't send notifications and we had to tag. Not sure if that has been changed
Hi Carol, no it has not been modified, unfortunately! So as suggested by you, I use what they call the "quote" feature; that I call the reply feature😜 as it is the only way to reply and be sure that the person is notified. I had mentioned the issue to CM lofigummy several times, to no avail. They consistantly use the reply button to respond to comments and ask for more details, but very few see their comments…
Tags work on and off for me too 🙄 We're at the start of a team contest in Soda and none of the tags sent by the organising CM were received 🙃.
Oh well! I know there are other major issues to address for the survival of the site; but we see people becoming very absent since this new forum layout.😥
