I'll be happy when Melting Season is over. No more event levels for a while!

It will be neat to see how far I get in All Stars without doing anything to change my play style. Unemployment sucks, but using that time to play a lot of episodes per day just makes it mind-numbingly worse. I really start losing focus after the second episode.

This is what I'm doing to prep:

Account 1 is on ice, not playing and not logging in, has lots of boosters in reserve and a few thousand gold. Hoping to get easy opponents in the first rounds so I can continue to make more gold during the qualifiers and knockout phase.

Account 2 is playing one or two episodes per day and trying to make some gold. Also has lots of boosters at the ready and a few thousand gold.

Account 3 is playing on and off. This one is only just past level 1000 and has a few thousand gold but no boosters because it's using my newly inherited spare iPad which I use also for test games.

Account 4 is stuck on the old iPhone 6 and can't participate on iOS 12. It has over 10,000 gold.

Account 5 is asleep and has an imaginary email account I cannot verify, so I won't be using that one for the tournament. It has over 12,000 gold.

Account 6, now this one doesn't exist yet but I actually quite fancy it: How about a complete newcomer starting at level 1? King favour those accounts with easier opponents in the qualifiers (well they did in the Valentine Cake leaderboard), and once you get to level 300 you can crush through an episode in 12-13 minutes with the super charger (Yes, despite there being no speed button yet. It would appear that the speed button, like most things in Candy Crush, is just an illusion. Pre level 500 episodes are just as quick to play as post level 500!)

Well, there's no point putting all your eggs in one basket when you don't know what exclusion criteria they will use. I'm hoping one of my accounts will not get banned on the grounds of being too rich.

We'll see.

With things starting to cool down, what are you planning to do for the last week?

Note: Given that All-stars might start next week, "https://candy-all-star-live--king-ccs-campaign-cms-prod.us-central1.hosted.app/en/pages/all_stars_terms" is not found now, how would you be prepping as the normal few weeks gap does not exist this time.

That being said even with the site down I sorta doubt anything will change, just makes sense to make sure the official rules are not up before the release date.
