Level 9823 is a hard one! (The first one in an episode always is currently)
Which blocks do you not get enough of @daniel1?
One locked block can be in each column at a time and metal blocks only fall where there is already a locked block.
I got a locked block in each column (there are 9) but resisted using the key until I'd lined up and collected enough metal blocks.

Thank you so much for your words.
I did notice this on my profile. All the badges that I got playing Pet Rescue Puzzle Saga disappeared. I agree that they are not longer current and just take too much space. I didnβt have or lose as many as other players, but I can see the massive resources it would take for the website to keep them.
As for the Community Managers absence, itβs frustrating, but I do understand it. For example, there are a few issues with Pet Rescue Saga and every player wants their questions answered and their problems fixed right away.
I think the key is to be patient. Thereβs really no need to get upset for something we cannot fix. Hopefully everyone will keep their ranks.
