This stop-start kind of play actually works for anyone, not just those at the end of the map. As a matter of fact I do myself play in a similar way in my two potential All Stars accounts. I have lost interest in the game anyway, so I don't mind not playing for long periods.
The best way to get the best out of events, especially the Weekly Contest, is to not play at all for a full week: It is possible to manipulate this event by playing enough levels to get onto the podium at the beginning of one week and then the following week not play new levels until near the end of the week. This way you get easy enough to beat opponents, and will end up on the podium every week. We also tend to see both the supercharger and Candy Royale in our games at the same time using this stop-start method. Less is definitely more when it comes to playing Candy Crush successfully. This method does also work for anyone whose aim is to keep their win streak and a healthy gold balance.

My New York collection is complete!
- I visited New York in the '80s, but I have not been back since. I visited Ellis Island to see where my grandfather entered as an immigrant.
- I especially like the Statue of Liberty card in the New York album. The Statue resides on Ellis Island, where my grandfather was welcomed to become an American citizen.
- The 9/11 Memorial, which is located at the World Trade Center in New York City, honors the nearly 3,000 people killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993. It recognizes the courage of those who survived, and salutes those who risked their lives to help others.

2. I've never been to New York - did you know there's a song about it by the German singer Udo Jürgens?
3. My favorite card in the New York album is the one with the Statue of Liberty. Besides the Twin Towers (which no longer exist since the attacks of September 11, 2001), the Statue of Liberty is one of the most famous landmarks.
My highlight of New York is the story of the plane's emergency landing on the Hudson River. I saw a film about it. In January 2009, a plane was hit by a flock of birds, disabling both of its engines. The captain decided to make an emergency landing on the Hudson River because returning to LaGuardia Airport would have been too risky.
If you haven't seen the film yet, you absolutely should. It's very moving and exciting.

- My favorite card in the Paris collection is the card featuring the "Mona Lisa" painting by Leonardo da Vinci. If I ever get to Paris, I would visit the Louvre Museum to see it.
- Paris is the home of Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, one of the most famous Catholic cathedrals in the world. It is located on the Île de la Cité (an island in the River Seine) in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. It was extensively damaged by a fire in 2019. After extensive restoration, it reopened in 2025 -- now it's brighter, cleaner, and reveals vibrant original colors, with its iconic spire and roof rebuilt using traditional oak and lead, appearing almost new, though some modern touches like brighter lighting and new furniture have sparked debate, symbolizing resilience and rebirth.

excess extra moves offered
Why, all of a sudden am I offered an extreme amount of extra moves when I don't pass a level? Is this just a way to get us to spend our gold bars? It is ALWAYS tempting - I know you do not have to take advantage of the offer but to be honest I for one do not care for it at all! I prefer to beat a level the way it is built even if it takes me multiple tries. Please remove this option . Am hoping others feel the same way I do. It makes King look greedy. Let's go back to the format we had before this change. Thanks for listening.
