Blue Hyena Skin Issue - Report your game ID here!
Hey guys I see some of you didn't receive the Blue Hyena Skin, so I'm gonna mention a few points here:
1) Make sure to post your game ID so we can add it to a list [If you already post it, don't need to do it again - I already added that to the list] and fix the issue for you (this might take a few days since the CoTR team is very busy with the game).
2) In these next 3 hours, I'll be occupied in a zoom meeting and I'll not able to answer the comments, but I'll be available after that.
3) I'm having a lot of trouble to keep track of the reports because they're coming in 15 different discussions. I'll start closing all discussions and supports related to that and redirecting here so it's much easier to keep track of all your reports.
4) Sometimes this issue can be caused because your account is not synced - so try to log out and log back to your account and start playing some collection runs and see if the issue fixes.

She is an IT Auditor from the Activision Blizzard team. Check what she has to say to inspire you all 😃
💫 What was your dream job as a child?
I wanted to become a flying trapeze artist! The lust for danger is still there, so I chose to be a Cybersecurity and IT Auditor 😊
💫 What do you like about being an IT Auditor at AKB?
My job involves interactions with many different departments across the whole group and that is what I enjoy the most! Sometimes, I can start my day having a call with the IT Team in Barcelona discussing Application Security and finish it with a great discussion with the legal team based in the US. So, if you still think a job in audit is boring and monotonous, I can convince you otherwise!
💫 What are you challenges women face in the gaming industry?
From my personal experience, I felt a bit shy and not confident about how I should present myself in the industry as a professional since I had the experience of being told that “Technology is still a men’s world and what can a young lady bring to the table”. However, the experience at ABK is so different. From the very first communication, I felt supported and respected, and I hope that every woman in the gaming industry can experience such a high standard of professionalism and support.
💫 Any advice for the women out there wanting to join a gaming company?
Don’t be afraid! There are many people out there who are willing to support you so just follow your dreams and ask for advice if you need it.
💫 Who inspires you and why?
So many things! My family, my colleagues, the beautiful city of London (even the lockdown version of it😊). I try to look for motivation and inspiration in small things every single day so I hope that this little interview of mine can also inspire women out there to pursue a career in gaming!

Once, I traveled to the Arctic Circle in Russia. It was very cold... 🥶

(Fixed) Did not receive the Blue Hyena Skin? Read this out!
Hi everyone,
There is currently an issue when receiving the Blue Hyena skin in Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!
The studio is aware of this issue and is working very hard to send the skins back to everyone's game as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and for helping keep the Multiverse clear of bugs!
Aku Aku and invincibility
Hi! I have a few ideas I think would improve Aku Aku's appearance in the game, both for aestethic and gameplay purposes.
1. His golden look is not great. It looks as if he was just dipped in a bucket of gold paint. He should really have the iconic red and gold look that he has in every other game. The red glow makes him look more powerful and interesting.
2. At level 3, you don't feel as powerful as you should. The offensive effect of the invincibility is not very well communicated. The other games have particles shooting out from crash and kind of making him flash and look like he's on fire. I think there is good inpiration there for this.
3. Gameplay wise, I think invincibility should also provide you with increased attack range and movement speed. Also seen in other games. This would increase the excitement of getting that 3rd mask so much.

EDIT: Additions to this after hearing from other players:
- Invincibility doesn't reset if you get a new Aku crate while having invincibility. So if you have 2 seconds left of your invincibility and get a new crate, your invincibility will still expire after 2 seconds. A bug I guess.
- Heard people complaining that Aku Aku is too big and thus covers up too much space making certain things hard too see. I think I agree with this. Couldn't hurt to have him be slightly smaller.
Confirmation popup when using crystals.
Just what the tittle says. It happened 2 times to me now that i tap one of the rushing buttons and it just uses the crystals right away. In the worst cases, you can end losing a hundred crystals for something you don't even want and lose all the savings you were making for a skin or another feature.
I think this feature will help a lot and not be an annoyance :3

💥Please share with us your daily routine in King, main roles and responsibilities💥
My main role is to make sure that our players are heard within the Studio. I share with our players all the news about features, events, or anything relevant the Studio is bringing to the game. And I make sure to gather all the feedback, information in case of issues, etc. from our players to pass it on to the Studio.
Along with that, and shared with the Community team, I have the responsibility of building a Community where everyone feels welcome and safe and has fun.
Also, I have assigned other side projects to help grow our Community. For example, one of these side projects is to explore the possibility of introducing a tool to automatically translate a language, so everyone would post in their own language without any barriers whatsoever.
💥Tell us one interesting fact about yourself💥
I have ADHD and I have been struggling with it all my life. Just recently have been watching TED talks about it which helped me to embrace it instead of being ashamed of it. It is true that makes things tough for you in life, even very small things, but if you know how to channel it correctly, it can help you develop amazing skills and know how to make the most of it.

- Took a sabbatical year before college to make sure what I wanted to do with my life and future.
- Went on my own to live in another country where they didn’t speak my mother tongue.
- Travelled alone (from Cyprus to Lebanon and almost the whole South East Asia)
- Survived a terrorist attack (twice)
💥What King Game do you play? What level are you at?💥
I mostly play Soda (surprise!) and I’m at level 5020.
💥If you were given the chance of joining a team in the studio which team would you join and why? (e.g. graphic, level developer, data specialist, etc.)💥
Either graphic designer or Marketing since those are my bachelor's degree and master's.
💥What are your best memories whilst working in King?💥
One of the best, is from 2019 where I attended a player event we hosted in Barcelona. It was amazing to meet our players in person and see how much passion they have for our games.
💥Is there any specific thing in the Community that you love the most?💥
How players help and motivate other players to pass levels, to find new features, to solve issues, to have fun together and so on. The feeling of belonging and the camaraderie that everyone shares in the Community is what makes it unique.

Automatic selection of tasks in Dachs Delivery
Hi
Currently you have to keep going into Dach's Delivery Service to select the task for the next level you are playing. This is a pain to keep exiting levels to keep selecting Which task you are doing on the next level. My idea is to open up Dashs Delivery service so if you complete a level that has a task in The delivery service it automatically selects / marks the task as done, without the need to keep changing your selection There are also many people that do not know you can switch between tasks
