Not receiving rewards after watching ads
Who can I contact or how can I fix the issue on not receiving award after watching an ad? It's been going on for almost a week and I've lost progress and all kinds of bonuses. What do I do?

Is it okay to submit it as 3 surprise levels when submitting these entries? Actually, if I find out about the surprise level, it's random from the classic level (Level 1 ~ 9725) I've cleared so far, so wouldn't this be possible? 🧐
And Also, these entries included digit 3, 2, 6.

I cleared & freed Casper on level 8547 but did not win. The bar with the stars was not moving. I have played it again & again. Never had this before. Been playing Bubble Wltch 2 since it was first launched. Finally won it after clearing the cashe & rebooting.
